Ultimo sole della notte

I composed the complete original soundtrack for L'ultimo sole della notte (The Last Sun of the Night) is a feature film directed by Matteo Scarfò, who I also collaborated with for The world will note project.

As of 2020 the film (in Italian) is available on Prime Video and since 2021 on Chili.

It is a dystopian and post-apocalyptic film, inspired by the atmosphere of the British novelist James Ballard, above all by two of his major works: 'High Rise' and 'Concrete Island'.

The soundtrack for this film is primarily electronic, with heavy use of (often vintage-sounding) synths to emphasise the dystopian, sci-fi atmospheres of the action.
